This is taken from Mahunga Drive, and I did not expect to see waders here. This area is being encroached by mangroves, there has been quite a lot of land reclamation and the Marae once had access directly to the foreshore but not right now, maybe when all the earthworks are finished and the new bridge is complete they will get their access back.
