A set of gates in Pirongia on a spring day. The lichen is quite different inland, I am used to seeing the acidic yellows and oranges of the coast with only occasional grey-greens.

I am not thrilled about this series of 'a photograph a day', it is very disjointed and a little disturbing to me. I might try and break it down differently and try for a theme each week, could be colours, subject matter, old, new, shapes etc and see if that appeals to me more. Starting tomorrow.
