Week 2 Rocks. Not far from Castellan in the south of France are these slanting layered crumbling rocks. I have not found out much about their structure, but I think they have to have been in water and sedimentary layers put down, then forced upward at some later stage. We pulled off the road to take, yes, some photos of poppies and I saw these and took them as well. I have always collected stones, rocks and taken photos of them. Weird huh?
