It is now one month since I started this series and sometimes the week is too short and sometimes just the right length. Here are my thoughts on why I should continue. It will increase my use of the camera and therefore operating knowledge and I would like to continue to challenge myself with technical problems, exploring composition, and camera maintenance etc. I wanted to start something that was varied, sustainable, and encouraged me to take my camera with me when I go out. Initially I knew I would need to use older photographs from my files, but not published before. All photographs have to be taken by me. A month on one theme would be too much, especially if it was a subject I struggled with.
