Week 39 Bridges. Te Rewa Rewa wave bridge, crosses the Waiwakaiho River at Lake Rotomanu up the coast a little from New Plymouth. This is looking out to sea and if you walk across to the other side and look back you can frame Mt Taranaki (Egmont) by looking right through the centre of the crossover span. It is a foot bridge and to the delight of youngsters moves when shaken.
